Skytrax is an influential British consulting company that has been evaluating and studying the quality of service of airports and airlines around the world since 1999.
The winners of the aviation Oscar are determined based on the results of an online survey of air passengers and experts from different countries. The survey is conducted in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Passengers of more than 100 nationalities evaluated the airline’s website, check-in and boarding, the cleanliness of the cabin, entertainment on board, the appearance of flight attendants and service, the quality of food, the comfort of seats and more. In 2023, more than 300 international airlines were evaluated.
This year, QAZAQ AIR entered the top three in the nomination “The best regional Airlines of Central Asia and the CIS 2023”.
