On 15 January QAZAQ AIR representatives thanked Bekturgan Dinmuhamed, a student of Astana Medical University, for saving the life of a passenger on board the flight №426 Kyzylorda – Astana.
During the flight the passenger became ill and due to prompt actions and professionalism of the 7th year medical student and flight attendants of the airline managed to provide the necessary medical care right on board.
The commander of the flight Kyzylorda-Astana Abay Aldanazarov noted that air travel is always associated with unpredictable situations, and the main task of the crew – to preserve the safety of passengers.
«The incident on the Kyzylorda-Astana flight showed that the professionalism and dedication of people like Dinmukhamed really save lives. We are proud that there are such young specialists among our compatriots,» he emphasised.
Bekturgan Dinmuhamed sincerely thanked the crew and the airline for their support:
«I could not stay aside when my help was needed. This situation was an important experience for me and proved that the knowledge and training I received at university is really important in real life. Thank you QAZAQ AIR for recognising and supporting me.»
At the event, the aircraft commander, Abay Aldanazarov, and the airline’s technical pilot, Ganiden Abilmazhinov, presented Bekturgan Dinmuhamed with a letter of thanks and a voucher for the airline’s flights.
