To book the free transportation of sports equipment, visit the official website at www.flyqazaq.com or contact our call center at +7 727 3561414. For flight safety and to prevent damage to passenger and airline property, please submit your transportation request at least 24 hours before departure.
What’s included in the equipment set:
- Skiing equipment: one pair of skis, one pair of ski poles, one pair of boots, and one helmet. Each item must be no longer than 170 cm.
- Snowboarding equipment: one snowboard, one pair of boots, and one helmet, with each item up to 170 cm in length.
We recommend that passengers carefully pack their equipment to ensure its safety during transportation.
