QAZAQ AIR has signed an interline agreement on the sale of air tickets with the European airline Hahn Air. This agreement provides passengers worldwide and Hahn Air agents with access to QAZAQ AIR tickets through electronic booking services. Thus, the airline is significantly expanding its presence in the international market.
“Our airline is constantly looking for new opportunities to improve convenience and reduce costs at every stage of the journey — from booking a ticket to the flight itself. The Interline agreement is an excellent example of successful cooperation with partners, which allows the airline to expand its passenger base and at the same time simplify the booking process for both travel agents and passengers themselves,” said Yerkin Nauryzbayev, head of the airline.
QAZAQ AIR operates Canadian-made regional aircraft of the De Havilland Canada Dash-8 Q400 model, which have an unsurpassed economy on interregional low-intensity routes with the need to fly to airports with a low level of infrastructure support. In the medium term, it is planned to increase the same type of fleet and in the long term, the possibility of attracting a jet fleet to expand the geography of flights is being considered.
In 2022 and 2023, QAZAQ AIR entered the top three in the nomination “Best Regional Airlines of Central Asia and the CIS 2023” of the prestigious international Skytrax award.
