QAZAQ AIR announces the temporary suspension of flights from March 26 to March 29 in the following directions: Astana – Novosibirsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk – Novosibirsk, due to the non-issuance of permission from the aviation authorities of the Russian Federation to perform international scheduled flights in these directions.
Passengers are offered a full ticket refund. Refunds are made at the tickets were purchased. In the case the ticket was purchased from the Airline, please contact info@flyqazaq.com along, indicate the booking number and contact details. If the ticket was purchased at the agency, you must contact the office of where the ticket purchased
