We offer you to familiarize with the terms of pre-order meal of your choice for additional fee:
Pre-order on board meal for additional fee.
- It is necessary to order and pay for on board meal not later than 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
- You can make a payment while booking an air ticket on flyqazaq.com, at agencies in your cities or through the reservation center at +7 (727) 356 14 14.
- Currently, the service is available only for direct flights from Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Aktobe
- You can pay for this service even after purchasing the air ticket, by contacting agency in your city or reservation center.
- If there are several passengers in one booking, then an individual order of on board meal is made for each one.
- Confirmation of payment for on board meal is reflected in itinerary receipt sent to e-mail with the details of order on a separate section of additional services.
- Responsibility for the consequences of food intolerance or allergy to any ingredients is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Terms of return and change of on board meal for additional fee.
- If departure date of flight is changed on the passenger’s initiative, on board meal will be re-issued free of charge, provided that the changes are made no later than 48 hours before the departure of initial flight. Otherwise, payment for on board meal is not refundable.
- If there is a delay of more than 6 hours or flight is canceled by QAZAQ AIR initiative, the refund will be made in full amount from the cost of meal order. Otherwise, payment for on board meal is not refundable.
- If air ticket refund is made by passenger’s initiative, payment of order on board meal is subject to full refund, provided that return is made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time departure. Otherwise, payment for on board meal is not refundable. Except for cases of flights delay or cancellation.
- To return the cost of on board meal, it is necessary to contact airline booking center by phone +7 (727) 356 14 14 or send an application to email address: info@flyqazaq.com
- If the passenger does not appear on flight, payment for on board meal is not refundable.
Other conditions
- Passenger’s name and flight details will be used by airline to fulfill the order in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and its protection”.
- Ordering on board meal for additional fee, passenger confirms that:
- all the information provided for the purpose of ordering on board meal for additional fee is accurate.
- there will not be carried out any speculative, false or fraudulent actions.
- Airline reserves the right to use specified passenger’s e-mail address to inform about the order status and ask for feedback about the airline’s service.
