For travelling to Russia by flights from Kazakhstan, you need to confirm a negative result of PCR-test for coronavirus (period of validity – no more than 48 hours from the moment the border crossing) ONLY by using the mobile application “WALKING WITHOUT COVID-19”.

PROCEDURE FOR ENTRY TO KAZAKHSTAN
Visitors arriving in Kazakhstan from foreign countries must provide a PCR certificate with a negative result of the test for COVID-19 in Kazakh or Russian or English. The certificate is valid provided that the material for PCR examination is taken not earlier than 72 hours at the time of crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
PCR certificate with a negative result of the test for COVID-19 is NOT required for entry into Kazakhstan:
– children under the age of 5 years, if it is available to their accompanying persons;
– Persons who have been revaccinated or received a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 in Kazakhstan, if after receiving the second component not more than 6 months have passed at the moment of crossing the border of Kazakhstan, providing documentary proof;
– Persons who have provided a passport/certificate/certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 recognized as valid in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the following countries: Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Great Britain, Hungary, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Moldova, Mongolia, Peru, San Marino, Serbia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Philippines, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Estonia.
