Free hand luggage allowance:
- If your hand luggage exceeds the free allowance by weight, you can purchase each kilogram of excess weight for an additional fee during check-in at the airport only on direct flights. Payment for an additional piece of hand luggage on transit flights is charged separately for each flight.

- For subsidized flights each 1 kg of excess weight costs 150 KZT.
Note:
- The amount of accepted hand luggage for 1 adult shouldn’t exceed 10 kg.
- In case of a refund, payment for the excess baggage carriage is subject to penalty according to fare rules on the relevant segment of route.
- Return of the transportation cost for excess luggage is made upon passenger request until the end of the check-in.

- Passengers bear the responsibility for personal property and the hand-luggage taken inside of the plane.
- In case of destruction, theft, loss or damage of personal property and hand-luggage, the Carrier bears the responsibility in case the specified events are proved to be the results of inadequate actions of the Carrier or its employees, or agents; In this case responsibility of the Carrier is limited to the sum specified in the conditions of transportation of passengers and luggage.
Above the established norm of free luggage allowance the passenger can carry free of charge the following items necessary for them during the landing time, disembarkation or in flight if they are in the hands of the passenger and not in the luggage:
- A handbag;
- A folder of papers;
- A coat or a raincoat;
- A plaid;
- An umbrella;
- Printed publications for reading in flight;
- Nutrition for a child and a road cradle;
- A wheelchair for a disabled person;
- A laptop.
