Starting October 1st, 2021, fee for providing a confirmation letter is 2000 KZT.
After contacting ref@flyqazaq.com, a flight confirmation letter will be sent to your email address within 5 business days.
Confirmation letter can be issued only in a currency that was used for purchasing a ticket.
To request Confirmation Letter that Your air ticket was used, you must provide your full name, booking number and passenger ticket. Otherwise, request will not be accepted for consideration.
If the request is sent by a third party (for example, by accountant of the company where the passenger works), then this request must be send on the official letterhead of the company. Otherwise, request will not be accepted for consideration.
To receive a confirmation letter about flight cancellation/delay, you need to send an e-mail request info@flyqazaq.com.
After applying to info@flyqazaq.com confirmation letter about flight cancellation / delay will be sent to your email address within 5 working days.
No other confirmation letters can be provided, and requests for other confirmation letters will not be considered.
