From May 12, 2021, the Ashyq project for passengers is being launched at the airports of Nur-Sultan and Almaty.
Using the Ashyq app is an additional guarantee of health preservation for passengers, crew and employees working on the territory of the airport.
Passengers with “yellow” (contact person) and “red” (positive for COVID-19) status will not be admitted to the airport building.
Due to changes in the rules for the carriage of passengers, we ask you to arrive at the airport two hours before departure to complete all the necessary procedures. We also recommend that you install the Ashyq application in advance and check your status yourself. You can do this using the QR code on the ashyq.kz website.
If QAZAQ AIR passengers are not allowed to enter the airport (status “yellow” or “red”), air tickets are subject to exchange or refund in accordance with the current fare rules.
