• Aktobe – Kazan – Aktobe
• Aktobe – Turkestan – Aktobe
Passengers are offered a full ticket refund. Refunds are made at the place where tickets were purchased. If the ticket was purchased from the Airline, please contact info@flyqazaq.com along, indicate the booking number and contact details. If the ticket was purchased at agency, you must contact the place of purchase.
