If there are any failures with a passenger’s baggage (sending, shortage of places, damage), as well as in case of loss of baggage you must contact the airport Lost and Found service or to an airline Representative.
Employees of the Lost&Found service (or a representative of the airline) fix malfunctions (damages), the fact of loss of baggage or the fact of non-arrival of baggage, a PIR (commercial act) is drawn up and issued to the passenger.
The claim must be submitted in writing form, contain all the necessary information for its consideration and sent to the following email: info@flyqazaq.com .
- PIR Act (Commercial Act)
- Booking or ticket number, route, and date of the flight
- Tear-off ticket of the baggage tag (a copy of good quality)
- Photos of damaged baggage
Terms for filing a claim:
- for domestic flights, immediately after damage detection
- for international flights immediately and within seven days from the date of receipt of baggage
- in case of delay in baggage delivery — no later than 21 days from the date of receipt of baggage by the passenger
